Last time, the engine was brought back home and all the bearing clearances were checked. This time, the rings are being installed on the pistons, and the pistons will be installed into the block. Feels so good to make progress, doesn’t it?!
Beginning Short Block Assembly On Randy’s LS2
Randy and Ivan catch us up on the LS2 progress. Randy’s LS2 came out of his 2006 GTO and is getting a stroker kit installed. They just recently got the engine back, and have begun the process of checking clearances and installing everything for the short block!
